What has the last quarter of the year in store for me?

We all know of the New Year’s resolutions and what happens to them.  On the eve of the New Year resolutions are made all over the world, by all kinds of people.  They all have the greatest intention to make the New Year’s resolutions happen.  So they start the New Year with great enthusiasm.

Gyms fill up with people that have made their resolution to improve their health.  Courses about stop smoking are never as popular as at that time of the year.  Yes, they are all going to improve their lives.  But what happens as the year progresses is that intentions fall short of actually doing.  Life happens and we keep living it the way we always have.

For this reason my family didn’t subscribe to this idea of New Year’s resolutions.  Instead we just kept on going as always.

What I have been doing this year is somewhat different.  It is something that Morgana Rae introduced to me.  It is to set a Theme for the year.  In that there are no promises to break.  No goals to fall short and forget.

A Theme is something that you want to have happen during the year.  You tell the Universe/God, this is what you are looking for.  Then as the year progresses you look at how you are doing on the Theme.  I like to take stock on how things are going every quarter.

As I was looking at how my Theme was going, I noticed that my writing has been falling to the wayside.  So I made a change in my approach and I’m starting up my writing again.

At the end of this year things will look very different from when I started on this journey and what I didn’t believe would happen has already happened.  I am writing!  What a difference for me.

What is your Theme going to be for the next 12 months?  Write about what you would like to realize in the next 12 months.  What could you do to live the Life of Abundance?

Love and peace,

ElinAnna
